God is living and active in our house! Just giving a shout out of praise...
- Lyss is driving (with a permit and parents only) and passed her drivers ed. class! She's had a great fear of driving and was one of the oldest teens in her class, so this is a great accomplishment in our lives. God is good!
- Lyss got her classes figured out for her senior year of high school and the college classes she is taking. God is good!
- 30 + games later, Kyle finished up his summer legion baseball season. His team has been hard at work this week painting, weeding, prepping fields, shagging balls, keeping score, and working in the concession stands. It's been a great learning experience for him all around. God is good!
- Last weekend our church had a reunion with some Vietnamese men that they helped 36 years ago when they fled Vietnam. Though our family was not at the church then, it was a rich blessing to see the lifelong effects of our church's faithfulness way back then. They, their children, and now their grand children are following the Lord with their lives. God is good!

Lord, my mouth speaks in praise of you in our lives! Thank you for the many ways you are living and active in Alyssa and Kyle's lives. Open their eyes that they may see the good things you are doing and give you praise. You are so good, and you show yourself to us in so many ways. Just because I have breath and life I rejoice. Because you love us I give you thanks. Thank you, Lord, for all that
