Praising the Lord for so many good things this week!
- A garage sale outing with the kids on Saturday was a blast. As our babies get older it's harder and harder to find time where we all four can hang out and have fun. Saturday was a treat.
- Lyssa got her first official paying job! Below was her Facebook announcement.
- Kyle is "hot" on his bat right now! After quite a few hits to the outfield, right into the mitts of the fielders, he finally hit one over their head and it was a 2 RBI double! He also has been saving his money for a new mitt. It's quite a "beauty" according to the boys.
- It was fun to hear about Lyssa's adventures in helping teach Sunday School. She's volunteered her "services" for the summer and I'm excited to see her use her gifts and talents.
- Kyle ended his sophomore year of high school on Friday with a 4.0 gpa. Way to go, son! We now have a Junior!
Lord, I praise you for the evidence we have seen of you in our lives this week. Your hand has protected and guided Alyssa and Kyle in so many ways. You have faithfully walked by their side and loved them through each stage of life, and even through this week. I am continually amazed by your presence and blessing through every high and low, every strength and weakness, and in every joy and heartache. You, Lord, are an intimate and precious part of our lives, and I glorify your name. I'm so thankful for you, my Savior, and for the part you play in Alyssa and Kyle's lives.
